With our remote assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to more rapidly resolve your issue. Here's how it works:

  1. Contact Customer Support by phone. You will be provided with a unique session code.
  2. Enter your name and session code in the form below, then press Join Session to initiate screen-sharing.
  3. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
  4. With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
  5. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
